About PIPE
PIPE (beta version) is a easy to use interaction study tool developed by IBI biosolutions Pvt. Ltd. It is a platform designed specifically for researchers of the life science and structure biology. PIPE is intended for use by professional researchers in academic, government and corporate institutions as well as by a student of life science.
PIPE (Protein Interaction and Properties Explorer) is a free web based application which calculates all the possible interactions in the user provided structure file. It considers only first model in case of NMR generated structure while Heteroatoms are kept apart from the calculations in the presented beta version. For proper use of this site and services go through the Privacy policy carefully.
PIPE beta version is also available free to run at your local machine.
